Growth lead
Bring Beautiful to the people and organisations who will value trusted representation.
You will help people understand what trusted representation can do for them and turn that understanding into adoption. This is hands-on work across positioning, distribution, partnerships and commercial learning. Growth must come from people finding lasting value in Beautiful, with the duty to the represented intact.
What you will do
- Find the people and organisations with a pressing need for representation. Learn what they are trying to achieve and where the current alternatives fail them.
- Make Beautiful understandable through clear language, useful demonstrations and evidence of what it helps people do. Be precise about what works today and what we are still building.
- Build and test routes to adoption across content, communities, direct engagement and partnerships. Own the work from the first experiment to a repeatable channel.
- Measure progress from first interest to activation, retained use and goals achieved. Use that evidence to decide where to invest and what to stop.
- Work with Success and the product leads to remove friction between a promise and the value people experience. Bring what you learn back into the product.
- Develop commercial partnerships that earn their place through service. Protect the independence of recommendations and the duty a rep✨ owes to the represented.
- Use AI tooling to research, create, test and improve the work while remaining accountable for its accuracy and impact.
You might be right for this if
- You have turned an unfamiliar product or category into adoption and can show what you personally made happen.
- You combine commercial judgement with hands-on execution. You can talk to people, make the material, run the experiment and interpret the results.
- You write and explain clearly enough to make a new idea understandable without exaggerating it.
- You can distinguish attention from lasting value and build a measurement approach that reflects the difference.
- You are curious, driven and comfortable changing your mind when the evidence changes. You treat trust as something the product must earn.
You can be based anywhere in the world.
