What you agree to by using the website and the Meet your rep service.

• Please use the website and the service responsibly and lawfully. Do not interfere with it or try to reach parts of it you are not meant to.
• Meet your rep is an early service. We may change it, pause it or withdraw parts of it as we build.
• The Beautiful name, our brand assets and our site content belong to us. Our open protocols, specifications and open-source software are governed by their published licences. Anyone may inspect and implement them on those terms.
• We link to other people's websites and we are not responsible for them.
• The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will always be up.
• Nothing excludes liability where the law says it cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
• The laws of England and Wales govern.

Privacy

What we collect when you meet your rep✨ and what we do with it.

• We collect the introduction you send: your email address, your display name, the name you choose for your rep✨ and the message itself.
• We keep that introduction so your rep✨ can carry on the conversation you started once they are ready.
• If somebody copies you into an introduction, we send you one invitation explaining where we got your address. You are added only if you reply.
• We collect the ordinary technical information any website receives, such as IP address and browser type.
• We do not use any of it for advertising and we do not sell it.
• We share it only with the providers who host the site, store service data or deliver email for us. They may use it only to do that work for us.
• You can ask us for a copy, a correction, a deletion, a restriction or a portable export. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
