Beautiful Infrastructure Limited operates this website and the Meet your rep waitlist. In this notice, “Beautiful”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Beautiful Infrastructure Limited.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and process the following personal data:

• Waitlist information: your email address, your display name and the name you choose for your rep.
• Introduction messages: the complete email you send including its envelope, headers, sender and recipient details, message contents and attachments.
• Technical information: information that is normally sent when you visit a website, such as IP address, browser type, device information and request time.
• Correspondence: information you choose to send us when you contact Beautiful.

We preserve your introduction so your rep can continue the conversation when they are ready. We also preserve where an introduction came from and the chain between people who introduce one another.

If someone copies you into an introduction, we may use your address to send you one individual invitation explaining where we received it. You are not added to the waitlist unless you choose to confirm by replying.

3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

• operate the website and the Meet your rep waitlist
• confirm that you have joined the waitlist
• contact you about your rep and the waitlist
• invite people copied into an introduction and preserve its chain of origin
• give your future rep the conversation you intended them to receive
• keep the service secure and investigate misuse
• meet legal and regulatory obligations where they apply

We do not use your waitlist information for advertising or sell it to advertisers.

4. Our basis for using personal data

Where applicable data-protection law requires a basis, we use your data to provide the waitlist you ask to join, to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable service. We will ask for consent where it is required.

5. Sharing personal data

We share personal data only when needed to run the service, meet legal requirements or protect Beautiful and its users. This can include service providers that host this website, store service data or deliver email on our behalf. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.

We retain it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this notice including to operate the waitlist, preserve the conversation for your future rep, resolve questions and meet legal obligations.
