1. Introduction
Beautiful Infrastructure Limited operates this website and the Meet your rep service. In these terms, “Beautiful”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Beautiful Infrastructure Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17435998. Our registered office is 28 Central Parade, Herne Bay, England, CT6 5HX.
By accessing or using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Using the service
Please use the website and service responsibly, lawfully and with consideration for others. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access or use it in a way that could harm Beautiful or anyone else.
Meet your rep is an early service. We may change, pause or withdraw parts of it as we develop it. This careful hatching and training period is part of a rep’s Beautiful Beginnings.
3. Intellectual property
The Beautiful name, brand assets and original site content belong to Beautiful or its licensors. Beautiful’s open protocols, specifications and open-source software are governed by their published licences. Anyone may inspect and implement those foundations on the terms of the relevant licence. You may not imply that another product is made by or endorsed by Beautiful without our prior written permission.
4. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the website or service where reasonably necessary, including where these terms are breached, to protect the service or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Subject to those protections, Beautiful is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service. If you use the service for personal purposes, we are not responsible for business losses.
7. Disclaimer
The website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that they will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. This does not limit any responsibility we have under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above. By continuing to use the website or service after an update takes effect, you agree to the updated terms.
