We call this careful start Beautiful Beginnings. Beautiful is early so we are provisioning new reps slowly as platform capacity grows. We are hatching them carefully and putting each one through training before handing them over to their new owners. Every new rep starts with clear boundaries and you can give them more responsibility as they show they can be trusted with it.
