Intent to outcome is the measure that matters. Beautiful does not yet measure it. This page shows what is actually observed today, names what is not and never prints a missing measurement as a zero.

Reps

Counts from the rep registry, which is the enumerable record of what exists. Aggregates only: no identifier, no origin, no principal and nothing about any individual rep.

A provisioned rep is not an active human

Lifecycle describes where a rep is in its own life. It says nothing about whether a person engaged with it, asked it for anything or read what it sent. Automated news or wake-ups do not, by themselves, establish a daily active human. Lifecycle and role are two different classifications and are never added together.

Reps by lifecycle. Source: beautiful-provisioning /traction, read over a service binding. Sample: every rep in the registry.
Lifecycle Reps What it means
hatched 8 An identity exists. It has not been prepared to act.
ready 3 Prepared and permitted to act for the person it represents.
suspended 0 Stopped, by us or by the person.
Reps by role, which is a separate classification from lifecycle. Same source and sample.
Role Reps

There is no time series yet

The registry answers with the counts as they are now. Nothing retains a daily observation, so there is no history to plot. Back-filling the days before today would be inventing it. A chart appears here once two or more real observations exist.

The dependency: a scheduled daily snapshot of the registry counts, in services/provisioning. History begins at the first snapshot that service writes. This page will state that date rather than implying the series goes back further.

Not yet measured

Five of the six things worth knowing about this business are not instrumented. They are listed rather than drawn as empty charts, because five blank graphs would claim we measure five things and they are all zero, which is a different and much worse claim.

What is missing and the specific thing that would have to exist. Checked against the repository rather than assumed.
Family Definition Status
Outcome delivery Accepted intents, achieved outcomes, completion rate An outcome is a task a rep was asked to achieve, reaching a terminal state. Journeys are completed, failed, blocked or abandoned. Source today: services/rep: tasks and turns are recorded per rep, inside each rep's own Durable Object Not yet measured Task and turn states exist (ACTIVE, WAITING, COMPLETED, FAILED, CANCELLED). Nothing aggregates them across reps. No record marks a journey abandoned as distinct from cancelled.
Retained relationships Activation, retention, humans receiving useful representation A human who received work they asked for, including work completed without a chat. Distinct from a rep existing. Source today: services/repmail: rep_engagement_signals records inbound messages, prompts and replies Not yet measured The per-rep signals are recorded. No route publishes an aggregate of them. RepMail's only reporting route requires an operator credential this page must not hold.
Cost profiles Average cost per user, cost per successful outcome Model, infrastructure and delivery cost attributed to a usage profile, including background work and failed attempts. Source today: None Not yet measured No table, route or module in any shipped service records token usage, model cost or infrastructure cost.
Payment signals Paying subscribers, revenue, ARPU, revenue per paying user Money actually received, over a stated period, against the population that paid it. Source today: None Not yet measured No subscription, payment, invoice or revenue record exists in shipped code. Beautiful Payments is a specification, not a running service.
Cooperation Shared outcomes, referrals leading to activation An outcome two or more reps contributed to and an introduction that led to a rep being used. Source today: services/provisioning: rep_registry records introducing_rep_id Not yet measured Who introduced whom is recorded. Whether that introduction led to activation is not, because activation itself is not yet measured.

Not a hockey stick. Yet.

Beautiful has only just opened. This page shows an honest beginning rather than manufactured momentum. Everything above is either something a service told us or a plain statement that it did not. Nothing is estimated, interpolated or projected.

We believe reps will replace the web. We would rather be measured on what we can prove.
