These terms govern the Beautiful website and Meet your rep service.

## 1. Introduction

Beautiful Infrastructure Limited operates this website and service. It is registered in England and
Wales under company number 17435998. Its registered office is 28 Central Parade, Herne Bay, England,
CT6 5HX.

## 2. Using the service

Use the service responsibly and lawfully. Meet your rep is early and may change as we develop it.

## 3. Intellectual property and open foundations

The Beautiful name, brand assets and original site content belong to Beautiful or its licensors.
Beautiful's open protocols, specifications and open-source software are governed by their published
licences. Anyone may inspect and implement those foundations on the relevant licence terms. You may
not imply that another product is made by or endorsed by Beautiful without written permission.

## 4. Availability, links and liability

Third-party services have their own terms and practices. The Beautiful service is provided as
available and may be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so
would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud
or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you use the service as a consumer, your statutory rights are not
affected. Subject to those protections, Beautiful is not responsible for losses that were not
reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service. If you use the service for personal
purposes, we are not responsible for business losses.
