A rep's Beautiful Beginnings start with the introduction you send. We handle the personal data in that
introduction carefully and only for the reasons set out here.

## 1. Who this notice is for

Beautiful Infrastructure Limited operates this website and the Meet your rep waitlist.

## 2. Information we collect

We may collect your email address, display name, chosen rep name, technical visit information and
correspondence. We preserve the complete introduction email including its envelope, headers, sender
and recipient details, contents and attachments so your rep can continue the conversation when ready.
We also preserve its chain of origin.

If someone copies you into an introduction, we may send one individual invitation explaining where we
received your address. You are not added to the waitlist unless you confirm by replying.

## 3. How we use personal data

We use personal data to operate the website and waitlist, confirm your place, contact you about your
rep, invite copied recipients, preserve the chain of origin, keep the service secure and meet legal
obligations. We do not use waitlist information for advertising or sell it to advertisers.

## 4. Our basis for using personal data

We use your data to provide the waitlist you ask to join, meet legal obligations and pursue our
legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable service. We ask for consent where required.

## 5. Sharing, security and retention

We share data only when needed to run the service, meet legal requirements or protect Beautiful and
its users. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards and keep data only as long as
needed for the purposes in this notice.

## 6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing
of your data and receive a portable copy. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
